The connection is terrible. Incredibly tiresome only they said nada else is available. We can't become whatever other service considering AT&T has a stranglehold on our surface area but AT&T also won't offering a decent service hither. And then nosotros are stuck with terrible internet. I will never employ AT&T again.

Internet speed is poor to say the least, Signed up for uverse and promised upward to 6mbps at present they merits 1.five is the norm for my package. Today it was .88 to i.07 mbps and was told that 1.05 was ok for my package of 3.00mbps. They cutting it from 6 to three and now i.05 is acceptable per ATT. Not acceptable business practise nor net speed for me. Disappointed in ATT.

We have been customers for years, and our net went out about six weeks agone. AT&T has even so not fixed it. The first guy no showed on the first mean solar day, and on the second day he let the states know we need a lineman. AT&T continues to refuse to listen to us or the diverse other techs they send out who cannot do anything, since they are not linemen. This has been going on for well over a month, and they let me know they are sending out nevertheless another tech tomorrow. Also, 3 of the half a dozen or so techs but never showed up. When the cyberspace works it is great. Only hope it never goes out and that you never accept to talk to their terrible customer service representatives. The half of the techs who bear witness upwards seem dainty, but they can't e'er do annihilation. If giving them a 0 was an choice for service I absolutely would, since we still have no service.

Liar, Liar, Pants on Fire! I chosen prepared with several questions. To my dismay, the representative lied and misrepresented EVERYTHING! To top it off although I was quoted one plan and cost, when checking the program in my email information technology doubled in price, had added fees that I was told were includedin the charge per unit, and didn't even come close to wifi promised! And then when calling to confront the situation, I as kept on and off hold for over an hour while they "investigated." Finally, I was transferred to cancel the awaiting order. The terminal person that I talked to was very atoning and respectful and I appreciate her. However... I would rather become elsewhere than e'er cull AT&T!!! NEVERMORE!!!
